Do you charge for diagnostics?
We charge a flat trip-and-diagnostic fee that gets credited toward repair if you go ahead. No mystery hourly rates.
What hours are you open?
Sunday through Friday, 7am to 7pm. Closed Saturday. Phone monitored during open hours.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — WA license PACIFAH774KT and OR CCB #253464. Both states active and bonded.
Do you handle commercial or just residential?
Both residential and light commercial. Restaurants, small offices, multi-family up to ~10 units. For larger commercial, ask — we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
How fast can you come out?
Same-day or next-day for emergency no-heat / no-cool calls within 30 miles. Schedule routine work 2–5 days out depending on season.
